Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pj365 platform — including the website at pj365.bet, any associated mobile applications, and all related services — you ("the Player," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on pj365. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

When registering your pj365 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and current Philippine address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information whenever it changes.

Deposits and Withdrawals

pj365 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment channels may be made available from time to time and will be communicated through the official pj365 platform.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by pj365 and displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted at any time.
• Deposits are credited to your pj365 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. pj365 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method registered in your name. pj365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal. This requires submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of address issued within the last three (3) months.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours, subject to verification checks and payment provider processing times.

All transactions on pj365 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pj365 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

Bonuses and Promotions

pj365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are offered at pj365's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless pj365 expressly states otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account or player.

Game Rules and Betting Conduct

• It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• All bets placed on pj365 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation except where pj365 explicitly offers a cash-out or bet editing feature for a specific market.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round or bet settlement, pj365 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amounts. pj365's decision in such circumstances is final.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pj365 platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and may be subject to legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

Account Suspension and Termination

pj365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the Player is on a self-exclusion list or is otherwise prohibited from gambling.

Players may also request voluntary closure of their pj365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
